Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Passly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Passly provides an AI-powered adaptive learning platform to help users prepare for their driving knowledge tests. Our service includes practice questions, progress tracking, mock tests, and an AI tutor feature.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Passly
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

Free Tier: Access to basic practice questions and features.

Premium: Unlimited AI tutor access, detailed analytics, exam simulator, and sync across devices. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store on a monthly or annual basis.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

All content in Passly, including questions, explanations, images, and design elements, is owned by Passly or licensed to us. Questions are based on official driving handbooks and regulations.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Share your account credentials with others

Passly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will pass your driving test. Our questions are for educational purposes and may not reflect the exact format or content of your actual test.

Always verify information with your local licensing authority. Driving regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
