How does the adaptive learning work?

Passly uses Item Response Theory (IRT) to analyze your answers and identify your strengths and weaknesses. The AI then focuses on areas where you need the most improvement, making your study time more efficient.

Can I use Passly offline?

Yes! You can download questions for offline study. Your progress will sync when you're back online.

Which regions are supported?

We currently support all Canadian provinces including Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and more. Additional regions are coming soon.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > Passly > Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap 'Reset App'. To permanently delete your data, email us at support@passlyapp.com.
